After breakfast begin a full day tour visiting the Egyptian Museum, containing the largest collection from the Pharaonic period.

Afternoon tour of the Citadel of Saladin, the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, Old Cairo’s Coptic Church, and the century-old Ben Ezra Synagogue, followed by a visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar. (B)

CRUISE

After breakfast transfer to the airport for the flight to Aswan.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your cruise ship.

After lunch sail on the Nile by Felucca around Kitchener’s island.

This morning tour the High Dam, the Temple of Philae, and the Unfinished Obelisk.

Sail to Kom Ombo.

After lunch visit the Ptolemaic temple shared by gods, Sobek & Haeronis.

Sail to Edfu.

After breakfast visit the 2000-year-old, well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu.

Return to the ship for lunch. Sail to Luxor via Esna. (B, L, D)

Visit the most important area of the Nile by crossing to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings where the tombs of the Great Pharaohs with exquisite colors are still visible on the walls from thousands of years ago.

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir ElBahari before returning to the ship for lunch.

Afternoon tea during sailing to Luxor. (B,L,D)

Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the hotel in Luxor.

Today visit Dendarah to see the Temple of Hathor, which dates from the first century and took about 100 years to build.
